Red Ball Tennis (FREE EVENT)

1st & 3rd Saturdays at 12:00 PM indoors at Stroudsburg Wesleyan Church. Introductory red ball tennis for younger players and parents in a supportive environment.

Cardio Tennis (FREE EVENT)

Scheduled based on weather and player availability. Cardio tennis is a high-energy fitness workout with tennis drills and movement that is great for all levels!

Stay up to date and help us plan upcoming sessions by joining our SARTA CARDIO TENNIS TeamReach group using code: SARTA10S. TeamReach is our central place to share availability, organize play, and communicate Cardio Tennis updates.

4th Friday Round Robin (FREE EVENT)

Fourth Friday in May-September 2026 at 5:30 PM at Stroudsburg High School. Rotating doubles-style match play. Bring your racquet and enjoy community tennis!

US Open Bus Trip

Wednesday September 2^nd, 2026. Departing 7:30 AM from Delaware Water Gap.

Enjoy a day at the Billie Jean King Tennis Center in NYC! Round-trip charter bus with Arthur Ashe Stadium tickets included. $175 Per Person.
